Michael “Psycho Mike” Moore was born June 23rd, 1959, in Memphis Tennessee and raised in Compton California. As a young man he played baseball and football. Michael was a fan of the Pittsburg Steelers and LSU. He loved remote-controlled cars, playing spades, and low riders just to name a few. Michael was very handy; he could fix and build anything he put his mind to. He was a neat freak from the house to the car they stayed clean just like him. Nobody was more stylish and dressed sharper than he thought he was. If you truly knew Michael, you know He always had a snappy comeback and was not shy about it. He loved to take your money in blackjack, he did not care if you played with $100 or a penny, he just wanted to have fun.
Preceded in death by Mother Ann Marie Stepp, Father Carl Moore Sr, Stepfather James Doe King, Sisters Sandra Moore, and Teresa Moore Woods. Daughters Shamonique Moore, and Sheena Moore and Mother-in-law Daisanne Marteina.
Survived by his Fiancé Mechelle Marteina.
Brothers, Carl Moore, Spencer “Daddy-o” Moore, and Prentiss “ChuChu” Moore. Daughters, Miesha Moore, Amber McChristian, and Tianna Moore. Son, Mika “Mikey” Marteina. Stepchildren, Damon (Johnnette) Marteina, Larry (Tegan) Marteina, Sonnequa (Leon) Marteina, Joi Adell. Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends that loved him dearly.
Michael, you will truly be missed and are eternally loved. We Thank You and will Cherish the time we had together.
“When tomorrow starts without me, and I’m not there to see if the sun rise and find your eyes filled with tears for me, I wish so much you wouldn’t cry the way you did today, while thinking of the many things, we didn’t get to say I know how much you love me, as much I love you and each time you think of me I know you’ll miss me too. When tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me, I am right here in your heart.”
LONG LIVE MICHAEL!!!

Condolence from Spencer Moore on October 21st, 2022 5:11 am

“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” – John 14:3

Life is designed in such a way that our entrance into this world happens without our consent. Likewise, the timing of our departure is fixed as well. Indeed, the appointment with death is one we all must keep, and we shall not be late.

Therefore, what a great consolation it is to know that the One in whom we believe; Jesus, the Lamb of God – has traveled that way before us. And he has prepared a place for us.

Father God, we thank you that Jesus has gone before us into the ‘great unknown’. In the meantime, may we find comfort in the knowledge that beyond death he has prepared a room for us in your house, our true home. Amen.

Condolences to all members of the Moore and Marteina families.

I love you big Bro… Daddy-O
