It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of MSG Davon J. Snow, Sr. (50) of Gahanna, Ohio on January 26, 2024. Davon was born in Columbus, Ohio and was a proud graduate of South High School and attended The Ohio State University majoring in Psychology. Davon was a proud active-duty member of the United States Army having served in tours in Afghanistan and being stationed throughout the United States, currently stationed in Columbus Ohio serving as an Army Recruiter.

Davon is survived by his family that he loved who will forever cherish his memory: his wife Jephtha J. (Cunningham) Snow, sons Qwaine Snow and Davon J. Snow Jr. of Columbus, daughters Mercedes Snow and Aamaiya Snow of Columbus, bonus daughters Devin VanDunk of Gahanna and Rayen VanDunk of Smyrna (DE), mother Debera Diggs of Columbus, father Wilbert (Shelly) Diggs of Columbus, sisters Nakia (Waun) Gray, Bethany (Amanda) Aleshire of Columbus, brothers Quentin Witcher and Wilbert (Chamelle) Diggs Jr. of Ft. Benning (GA), and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of friends both near and far. Davon left a lasting impact on many. His family and friends were everything to him and he was a consistent source of support and comfort to all. He will be greatly missed by all, but his legacy will live on.

The family invites friends to a viewing at 10:00am on Tuesday, February 6,2024 followed immediately by services at 11:00am, both held at First Church of God, 3480 Refugee Road, Columbus, OH and a Celebration of Life also on Feb. 6 at 12:30pm at Deb’s Event Center, 5508 E.
