
Neil Andrew Keels Sr., born January 9, 1955 in Nelsonville, Ohio passed away September 2, 2023 at home in Columbus, Ohio
Neil was a Navy Veteran and also a retiree of Anderson Concrete Corp after 20 plus years of service. A jack of all trades by nature, Neil approached life and people in the same manner versatile.
He was preceded in death by his parents Franklin and Gladys Mae Keels, brothers, Pat Keels and Jeff Keels, and grandchildren, Miracle Keels and Nathan Keels.
He is survived by daughters Mon-Aimer S. Keels, Brandilene C. Keels and Ava Keels, sons Kevin Nathan and Neil Jr., brother Franklin (Mary) Keels, sisters Wendy Beard, Judy Osbourne and Emma Jane Moore, four nieces, eight nephews, 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild, great nieces and nephews as well as countless extended family and friends.
Living a life of sharing, selflessness, and knowledge, Neil was able to connect with these he interacted with seamlessly. His laughter, advice and unapologetic nature will be cherished by many and forgotten by few.
Neil will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

I’m glad that I was able to visit Andy while he was in the hospital altho I didn’t know that it was to be the last conversation. He was in a good mood and we had a few laughs. Rest easy my brother as we will meet again !
