Allen Bryant

Allen L. Bryant was born July 18, 1955, in Columbus, Ohio. He attended South High School. Allen was employed by the State of Ohio as a custodian.

Allen was a kind and caring person. He would give you the shirt off his back, then, when you weren’t looking, he would take it back. He was always happy to see family and friends. With that big smile on his face, he would say, “hey, hey,” and then, “give me a dollar.”

On December 24, 2025, Allen departed this life at Eastland Nursing Facility.

He was preceded in death by both parents, Barbara A. (Cecil) Caldwell and Percy L. Bryant; son, Allen Davidson; and brother, Harry Caldwell.

He is survived by daughter, Martissa and Jerring Davidson; stepdaughter, Keyonna Thomas; 5 grandchildren, Allen, Neya, Kendall, Karter, and Keira; siblings, Crystal Hunter, Paulette (Terry) Willis, Valerie Quiller, Tonia Caldwell, Terry Reese, and Cecil Caldwell; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

He will be truly missed. Rest in peace, brother Allen.
