Barbara Jean Chavis

Barbara Jean Chavis was born September 29, 1934 in Columbus, Ohio to the union of Clarence Wooten & Beatrice Farmley. Born to the union of Barbara & Donald Chavis were five children, Kevin, Mark, Donald K, Kimberly and Tracey. Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Wooten; mother, Beatrice Farmley; son, Mark Chavis; and brother, Clarence Wooten Jr. She leaves to cherish her memories a faithful and loving daughter, Kimberly (Terron) Mitchell, Columbus, OH; loving sons,  Kevin (Ronnie) Chavis, New York, N. Y., Donald K. Chavis and Tracey (Nickie) Chavis, Columbus, OH; grandsons, Demetrius, Wesley, Kevin, Trey and Donald C.; granddaughters, Monique, Leondra, Jasmine, Lindsey, Andrea and a host of great grandchildren, others relatives and friends. Memorial Service 11:00am Saturday October 29, 2016 at Marion Franklin Recreation Center, 2801 Lockbourne Road.
