Betty Joan Scruggs

Betty Joan Scruggs, age 80. Sunrise May 11, 1941 and Sunset January 9, 2022. Betty is preceded in death by both of her parents Ballard and Dollours; siblings, Mary Louise Wilson-Morgan and Lelia Ann Wilson-Smith. Survived by her children, Walter L. (Lucy ) Scruggs, Bonita D. Scruggs, Rodney R. (Victoria) Scruggs Sr., Lanere L. (Tobious) Byrd; siblings, Ilona Mason and Alexander Mason; Extended family, Blanche Perkins, Juanita Anderson, and Sharon Edwards; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
