Bonnie Jean Cooper at age of 89 known as Mom, Grandmom, Fats, and GG was born on January 27th, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio.
She departed this life to rest with the Lord on Friday January 30th, 2026. The voice of Jesus call me to rest now.
She graduated from East High School in Columbus, Oh and she later received her degree in nursing. She loved spending time with her family, friends and grandchildren especially on holidays.
Bonnie Jean Cooper is preceded in death by her grandparents: Will and Nora Redd of Columbus, Georgia; Parents: Horace J. and Mattie M. Robinson; sons: Horace J. Cooper, Robert L. Cooper Sr. and Willie Smith; grandsons: Clement D. Cooper, Byron L. Arnold and Detrawn T. Freeman; great-grandson: Frederick Arnod III , and one great-grand daughter: My-Angel E. Freeman.
Bonnie leaves to cherish her precious loving memories to Daughters: Mattie Cooper- Cunningham, Lynneaster Calhoun-Arnold; Sons: Robert L. (Denise) Cooper Jr., Denzill E. Cooper, Tranthanm L. (Jennifer) Calhoun, Bondee O. Cooper and Dempsey Calhoun; 28 Grandchildren; 56 Great-Grandchildren; 5 Great-Great Grandchildren and a host of Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Family and Friends.
We will all miss you Mom.
