Brenda Joyce “Cookie” Sewell France Long, age 70. Sunrise June 27, 1943 and Sunset July 29, 2013. Brenda was a member of Maddox Memorial Church of God in Christ and retired from Design Metal Products. She is preceded in death by her parents Maggie Rebonous (Evans) and Willie Hayes Sewell Gaines Sr. and brother Ralph R. Sewell. Left to cherish her memory, daughter Eldora Denise France Alanis, sons Walter M. (Jennifer Atwell) France Jr., Lanathan H. France, Donyel R. (Robin) France, Jeremiah L. France, and Corlandus D. (Minnie Williams) France, sisters Evangelist Karen R. Sewell-Bowen and Patricia V. Sewell Ford, brothers Rev. Willie Hayes Sewell Jr. and Jonathan Lee Sewell, special daughter Debra Newbern, 25 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a 3 nieces, 7 nephews, a host of cousins and friends.
