Carolyn Catchings

Carolyn Catchings, 67, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at the Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital after a short illness.

Carolyn was born May 24, 1959 to the late Kary and Martha Lene (Ataway) Catchings Sr. She made Mansfield her home.

She enjoyed reading, having her Bible study, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, a sister: Valarie Lynn Catchings and two brothers: Myron D. Catchings and Mark Anthony Catchings.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memory a daughter: Capri Tucker; two grandchildren: Camiah Catchings and Kyri Lloyd all of Mansfield; three sisters: Martha Catchings of Columbus, OH, Minnie (Geron) Johnson and Melinda (Robert) White all of Mansfield; four brothers: Kary (Carolyn M.) Catchings of Trotwood, OH, Charles (Betty) Catchings, Tony (Annine) Catchings of Mansfield, and Carl Catchings of Titusville, FL and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
