Cassandra Lover of God, grew up attending Bethesda Temple, and faithfully sang in the church choir nurturing her love for singing. Current member of Christian Community Fellowship under the leadership of Pastor Anthony (Tony)(First Lady Marie) Lavender and loved to fellowship with her daughter and son in-law at The House Of Pavilion with Pastor/Apostle Sharon Stewart Alexander and Chief Apostle Serge Eugene "The Lord Jesus Christ Ministries Int'l"

A loyal member of the Poindexter group "serious about her sobriety." She still sponsored individuals even in her illness.
She's known for her Big heart, great love and concern for people, a great combination for endurance, she never met a stranger. Full of life, clever and witty she never hesitated to try and bring a smile to your face, she will be forever Loved.
Cassandra was preceded in death by mother: Ora Belle Thomas and father: Harry Thomas Sr; sister: Phyllis Sneed and brother: Timothy Wilson.
