Ceyion Tracser Forrest, age 23, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on January 21, 2026. He was born on July 30, 2002, at OSU Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Ceyion attended Cliff Park School through the 11th grade and later worked at the Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio in Dayton. Music was his true passion, serving as a powerful outlet for creativity, expression, and connection. Basketball was his favorite sport, and he found great joy both in watching the game and playing it whenever he could. Whether cheering on his favorite teams or shooting hoops himself, basketball brought him excitement, pride, and a sense of belonging. He was also an avid gamer who cherished spending time playing with his nephews and brothers, including those who lived out of town-moments filled with laughter, competition, and lasting memories.
Ceyion will be remembered for his loving heart, his dedication to family, and the deep pride he had in being a father, partner, brother, and uncle.
He is survived by his loving parents: Tracie Marie (Lee) Stewart of Springfield, Ohio and Cecil Forrest of Cambridge, Ohio; his fiancée: Hannah Elizabeth Hall; his sons: Khy'ree Forrest and Kingston Forrest; his brothers: Ricardo Stewart, Calvin Lee (Shaniqua) Stewart, Raphael "Ray" Stewart (Jayme Biggs), Antone Maurice Youngblood, III (Amie Miller), Seanteais Forrest, and Jareece Ivory; his sister: Latisha Forrest; and his nana, Elizabeth "Lumpy" Tucker. He was a devoted uncle to Calvin Lee Stewart, Jr., Ariyella Youngblood, Carson Lee Stewart, Kaiden Coran, Malakai David Stewart, and Michael Allen Stewart.
Ceyion was preceded in death by his sister, Randi Marie Stewart; his maternal grandmother, Lora Sharon Lee; his maternal grandfather, William E. Jones, Jr.; and his paternal grandparents, Dortia Timberlake and Kenneth Clark.
Though his life was far too short, Ceyion's love, music, laughter, and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
