Charles "Charlie" Pack

Charles Antonio Pack, lovingly known as "Charlie," was born on July 30, 1958, in Columbus, Ohio, to William Richard Pack and Beatrice Pack. On August 10, 2025, Charlie peacefully left this world to take his place in paradise. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend whose kind heart and joyful spirit touched everyone he encountered.

As a child, Charlie attended ASL school, where he developed a lasting love for sign language. In adulthood, he attended Arc Industries North, gaining valuable experience in janitorial services. He also volunteered at Life Care Alliance, where he enjoyed helping with sorting and packaging-always offering his time and energy to serve others.

Charlie was known for his bright smile and uplifting presence. He loved his family dearly and took pleasure in life's simple joys-listening to music through his headset, dancing, watching TV, bowling, and sharing meals, especially during the holidays.

As the youngest of his brothers, Charlie faced life's challenges with quiet strength, unwavering kindness, and an enduring, gentle spirit. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.

He leaves behind cherished memories with his sisters, Bernice Pack, Rosetta Cousar, and Glenda (Tyrone) Steele; sister-in-law, Hannah (William) Pack; brothers, William R. Pack Jr. and Melvin Pack; special nieces, Socheata (Jeffrey) Covington, Victoria Baker, and Markesha (Lanita) Taylor; special nephews, Jeffrey (Socheata) Covington and Antwon Taylor; along with a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and his special cousin Pearline Byrd.

Charlie is reunited in eternal rest with his parents, William R. Pack Sr. and Beatrice Pack; sisters Jennie Ann Capers, Loretta Pack, and Leona Hartgrove; brothers, Carl Pack, Tyrone Pack, Lorenzo Pack, Richard Pack, and William (Hannah) Pack; nieces Thelma (Kurt) Turns, Terina Capers, and Teirra Pack; grandmothers Carrie Hull and Jennie Galloway Pack; grandfathers Prince Holliman and William Archie Pack; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins who have gone before him.

In his 67 years, Charlie created a lifetime of memories filled with love, laughter, and resilience. As his earthly journey ends, we remember him with the words: "Well done, good and faithful servant."
