"Mishie" was one of the first of many children born and raised by the Hilltop Community in a time when everyone knew who everyone was, where they lived, and what they did or did not do for a living. If young ones stepped out of line, the parents or guardians knew about it before the children got home. She could be as gentle as a lamb or as mean as a snake in no time at all. When Mishie was not trying to tell people where to go and how fast to get there, she loved to cook (if you named it, she tried it), sing, laugh, and help anyone who needed help in any way she could.
After living in Indiana and Minnesota with the Job Corps, Mishie moved back to Columbus. She obtained a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling as well as Criminal Justice-Globalization; Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice; Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice; Leadership, Communication, and Secretarial Certifications, and was a State Certified Dialysis Technician.
