David Tate, 46. Sunrise July 30, 1965 and Sunset November 30, 2011. He is survived by his parents Ethel and Richard Walker Sr., son David Walker, brothers John Lowery and Richard Walker, Jr., sisters Donna Norman, Regina (James) Jackson and Marie (Bryant) Bowe, two grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
