Delon Amir Byrd

Delon Amir Byrd was born October 27 2007 in Lima Ohio at St Rita’s Hospital. Delon was the only child to Mother Deanna McGriff. He was the oldest grandson & first boy, born to his family.

At a young age, he enjoyed Thomas the Train. He was an early bird, always up and aware & very observant. He later took interest in pirates & would be a pirate everywhere he could with a sword. As Delon got older Anime became his thing and he began to sketch, and he never stopped, Delon would draw for others, he would draw everything. Delon enjoyed going swimming to Cosí, and Barnes & Noble‘s where he liked to read comic books.

Delon was always trying to be a comedian and would have you laughing.

Delon attended Walnut Ridge high school, as an honorable student and was in the Class CLowns After-school & Theater programs.
Delon graduated May 28, 2026.

Delon was special and very unique. He loved some oreos, muffins and snacks. He had a great appetite. He loved hanging around his friends. Delon was the kind of friend you wanted.

Sadly his life was taken July 23 2026 and he will truly be missed.
