Desmond Douglas

It is with great sadness the family of Desmond A. Douglas, affectionately known as “Clubby” or “Beige” announces his passing on June 15, 2025, in Ohio. He was 70 years old.

Desmond relocated to Ohio in the 1990’s and spent his years there among his loving brother Hubert “Jr.” and the extended family of Felecia Kamara.

He was predeceased in death by his loving parents Eugene & Catherine “Katie” Douglas and sister, Cicely Douglas and also a brother Eugen “Walton” Douglas.

He is survived by his daughter Dedra Hercules, granddaughter Mya Hercules and grandson Jayda Wilkin. Brothers Hubert “Jr” and Sidney Douglas. Sisters Mauricia and Janet Douglas. Son-in law Timothy Hercules.

He is also survived by his nieces Glenda Harris, Kevermay Douglas, Sonia Chesterfield, Denise Douglas, Sharifa Anthony, Aisha Davis, Donica Powell, Jade, Akima and Ashana Jarvis. Niece Rachelle Williams, Nephews Shakir Davis, Shamoi Jarvis and Shakida Douglas. Special cousin Bata.

Extended lifelong family Felecia Kamara, Tenisha and Justin Bryant. Darnelle and Lennell Walton, Nyla and Laniya Yates. Robert Gosha, Raekwan and Rasiah Goshay.

Also left to mourn are many great nieces, nephews and cousins, too numerous to mention. Many other relatives of Bermuda, St. Kitts and the United States. Special friends Bill and Wendell.
