Dominic Dumas

Dominic was born on Oct. 2, 1984 at Grant Hospital. Dominic was given the name “Darling Dominic” by the nursing staff. Dominic passed suddenly on March 10, 2025. Dominic graduated from South High School.

His favorites teams were Kansas City Chiefs and The Ohio State Buckeyes, he really loved all sports.

Dominic’s favorite passion was Drag Racing. He taped most of the races for his uncles and friends at National Trails Raceway.

He was the son of the late, Edward L. Dumas Sr. and Doris L Dumas. Dominic and is leaving behind four brothers. William, Edward Jr., Marcus and Vernice, two sisters Karen and Sherri, Aunt Flora Coleman, two uncles Jonathon Chatman and Ray Chatman, a special niece Jasmine, favorite cousin Tanisha Coleman and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, friends and several great aunts.
