Donna Jean Ervin

Donna Jean Ervin, age 61, was born April 12, 1948 and passed away November 13, 2009 at Ohio State University Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her mother Lavie; and father Jerry Ervin.

She is survived by her daughter Denise; stepdaughter Trina Sandrena; sons Dennis, Damon (Tamara) and Donnell Ervin; grandchildren Ashley, Alicia, Denzel, Armani, Yanni, and Semaj; great granddaughter Asiah; siswters Jerri (Cornell) Hale, Shirley Ervin, Lorraine Landrum, Karen (Anthony) Lee and Yvonne (Gary) Gore; brothers Donald, Greggory and Kim Ervin; uncles Michael and Lee Ervin; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
