Erica Anita Robinson

Erica Anita Robinson was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 6, 1975 and departed this earthly life suddenly on Monday, April 20, 2026. Erica received her formal incremental education from Columbus Public Schools and graduated from Eastmoor High School in 1994.

Spending years employed at Children’s Hospital in Behavior Health, she enjoyed the opportunity to serve and help others. Her last occupation with Majestic Care of Whitehall, in Human Resources, brought her feelings of great contentment, fulfillment and gratification.

Erica, fondly known as “E”, was an avid encourager. She was giving, dependable, a great listener, dedicated to friends and family, and was feisty to the core! She enjoyed traveling, loved summer cookouts, visiting the beach, jet skiing, bargain shopping (especially for shoes and at Kroger), feeding the neighborhood children, loud laughter and banter, spending quality time with her nieces, and cooking for everyone.

Erica served and worshiped at the Little Rock Church of Christ in Columbus, Ohio from childhood. She was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost at an early age in life. Years ago, a special blessing was pronounced on Erica by her uncle, the late Bishop Joseph Pannell. As he blessed her, he noted and extracted these words from Isaiah 58:12(b)...”Thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, the repairer of the breach, the restorer of paths to dwell in.” Praise God for His word! Erica served in the following capacities: Royalty, Youth Spirit, Gospel Choir, ABYPU, Sunday School, Usherboard, VBS, and the Young Women in Christ. Erica’s favorite song was, “I’m Going on in the Name of the Lord “ by Commissioned.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Deacon Jessie and Mother Susie Robinson.

Erica’s survivors include her two sons: Stefvonte and Dominique Robinson, Mother: Brenda Robinson-Smith, Father: Charles Savage, Siblings: Candace (Daryl) Cornute, Charlotte, N.C., Juan (Erika) Smith, Lateca (Kevin) Armstrong, Antrice Jacobs, North Carolina, and Leatha Savage, Grandchildren: Zakai and Zyaire, Aunts: Lillie Robinson, Rachel Bozeman, Laura Gay, God-son: Dupri Lee (San Antonio, TX), Nieces and Nephews: Tocarra (Porche) Morris, Darren, David, Jessica, Constance, India, Asia, Camaryn, Davyd, Tyquez, Ja’El, Andre, and Adarius, Special Cousins: Robin Holloway Mandeville, Nichole, Pannell, Terrilyn Wallace, Jessie Robinson ("father-cousin") and host of other beloved family members and friends.
