Helen Ann Howard, 58. Sunrise May 24, 1953 and Sunset April 9, 2012. She was born in Warrenton, GA, was a 1971 graduate of East High School, attended The Ohio State University, graduated from Franklin University and retired from The State of Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father Clifford Tanksley and husband Harold Smith. Left to cherish her memory, mother Mary Allison-Williams, stepfather Paul Williams, daughter Makeba Howard-Smith, stepchildren Harold “Tino” (Carmella) Mitchell and Rickka Larramoore, brothers Charles (Carolyn) Miller, and Thomas (Natalie) Miller, sisters Vera Gunn, Barbara (Nathaniel) Clark and Teresa Harris and a host of other relatives and friends.
