On February 3, 2026, King Jesus came to usher Henry "Frank" Wilson to his eternal home in glory.
Brother Henry "Frank" Wilson, a native of Columbus, Ohio, was born January 03, 1961. He was the first son born to Shirley Jean Wilson and Henry Frank Palmer. At this time, he had two older siblings, a sister named Sabrina "Nisey" and Arnise "Cookie", and later one younger brother, Robert was born.
Frank, affectionately known by his middle name, received his formal education in the Columbus School system. He attended Felton Elementary School while growing up in Bolivar Arms until the family relocated to Brittany Hills where he attended Mifflin Jr & Sr High School. Some years later, Frank received his GED. We were blessed to be raised by our mother , our Dad and our oldest sister 's father & our bonus Stepfather,who all took care of us and made sure we never wanted for anything.
Frank became a self made young man by learning how to drive and detail cars. From this point on, he was motivated to become an entrepreneur.
Frank was well known for his always being well-dressed, his charismatic ways and being direct in all things. He met his first and only wife, Felicia Wilson; who preceded him in death. During their years together, Frank loved helping to raise his two bonus children, Kieanna Cottrell, Barry Woods and Frank's daughter, Cemika "Dina" Wilson. They shared many great times and moments together as a family.
Frank was baptized at an early age at Trinity Baptist Church. He rededicated his life to the Lord at Higher Ground AAA,where he remained a dedicated member. He faithfully served in the prison ministry and other church events , He loved music, arts and taking care of his mother and family dog Jasmine.
Frank is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Mildred Wilson; paternal grandparents: Emanuel and Blanche Palmer; great Aunt Carrie Lee White, Step-Dad: Ralph Williams; Bonus son: Barry Woods; his oldest nephew: Ralph Rayshawn Wilson and great nephew: Mi'heir Wilson& two special cousins Gleniece and her son Derrick Skinner
Frank leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved Mother: Shirley Wilson; Father: Henry Frank Palmer; Children: Kieanna Cottrell Cemika "Dina" Wilson; Siblings: Sabrina, Arnise(Robert) Wilson - Sowell, Robert Wilson (Deborah Smetanko.), Dave Carpenter, Harold Kimbrough, and J.B Cashell; his amazing Nine (9) Grandchildren; Nephews: Sidney Wilson, Tyree Morgan, Anthony Mobley, Rayshawn Wilson, Lamont Reeves and Ronald Williams; Nieces: Dawanda, Noorahuda, Ebony Payne, Whitney, Ashley Paige and Tae; Special Aunt: Hortense "Frog" Leftwich; Special Cousins: Sandy Williams, Michelle, Redd, Shawn E. Skinner, PA; Angel, Sean Randle, Quincy, Pandora, Sally, Tina Paige (Joe) , Karen, Temika, Roshonda, Sharon, and Monica Dumas, Lee, Terry Ward and Bryant Cobb; Special Family & Friends: Denise Woods, Crystal Thomas, Ricky Boyer, Rick Allen, and Jeek,; the Berry, Allen, Cox, Reaves, Stowes and many other family, friends, relatives and his entire Church Family.
