Inez Beatrice McCruter

Inez B McCruter was born on June 11, 1939 in Sawyerville, Alabama and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She later moved to Mansfield, Ohio, her home where she spent most of her life. Inez passed away, leaving behind a legacy of strength, unwavering faith, and a deep love for her family.

She is survived by her only Son: Ivan M. Peoples and Special Friend: Willie Peoples. Inez memory lives on through her Two Beloved Granddaughters: Dejanee "NeaNea" Peoples and Khadijah "Queen" Peoples of Columbus, Ohio and a host of Nieces and Nephews. Inez memories live on through her Two Great-Grandchildren: Aubryana "BryBry" Ta'nyjah Burks and JayCeon "BabyJ" Miguel Hargrave of Columbus, Ohio.

Inez was preceded in death by her parents: Inez and Willie McCruter; her brothers: Willie " Coo-Baby" McCruter and Bill McCruter; her sisters: Mable McCruter-Taylor, Adell Tabb and Bertha Lee McCruter.

A woman of resilience, dedication, and a strong work ethic, Inez worked at Westinghouse for six years, eight years at Mansfield Tires, 30 years at General Motors where she retired, and five years at Mansfield City School after retirement.

She found joy and happiness visiting her son and grandchildren in Columbus, Ohio

She loved sports especially basketball and football. She was a dedicated and a die-hard fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Browns. She really loved to watch church programs, no matter what time it is. Most importantly, she loved to read her bible each day. She was a member of the Oasis Church of Love.

Inez leaves behind not only a strong and loving family, but a faith legacy of faith in God. If you were to say to her, I'll see you or talk to you tomorrow, her response would be "If The Lord Say So".
