Irene Mccrory

Irene McCrory was born February 6, 1917 in Heard County, Georgia to the late Eugene and Lillie Dixson. She relocated to Columbus, Ohio in the early 1950’s. preceded in death by her husband, the late J. W. McCrory.

She leaves to cherish her memory 3 daughters: LaVonia (Raymond) Gordon Sr, Georgia (Alonzo) Rice Jr  and Virginia Hall. Nephew turned son Sammie(Betty) Dixson; seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren plus a host of family members and friends.

Visitation 10:00 a.m. Funeral 11:00 a.m. Monday July 24, 2017 at Mt. Period Baptist Church, 462 Kimball Place.

Interment at Riverside Cemetery.
