James Charles Smith, 65. Sunrise August 30, 1945 – Sunset April 25, 2011. A retired Respiratory Therapist working at St. Ann’s and Grant Riverside Hospitals. James was a member of Exodus Fellowship Church where he served with the Men’s Ministry, Trustee and Communion Committees. He was preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth Smith Washington and Carl Crisp and grandparents Willa Mae and Percy Smith and Annie Crisp. Left to cherish his memory, wife Sheila Smith, son Leon Delorch,Sr., foster sons Patrick and Andrae Hamler, Sir Wilson, Monte Banner, Eric Vonsweltz and Tony Banks, brothers Frankie (Nancy) Washington and Bobby Crisp, sister Deborah Leftenant, five grandchildren, special friends Jonny Easley and Billie Williams and a host of other family and friends.
