James Lattimore

James Derek Lattimore 54, of Springfield, Ohio passed away on August 8, 2025, at Springfield Medical Center. He was born September 23,1970 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of James and Deborah (Rickman) Lattimore. A beloved father and dedicated hard worker, James made a lasting impact in the field of landscaping, where he nurtured not only the earth but also the relationships he built throughout his career. 

James was a proud resident of Springfield, and will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his family. He is survived by his children, who will carry forward his legacy of love and compassion. Amber Lattimore (Khalil Scott), Allisha Lattimore (Dylan Williams); Austin Shaw (Madison Kritswiser), Alyssa Shaw and Aaron Wallace, one sister Kellie Lattimore (Darrion Pettiford); two brothers, Marcus Lattimore, Dwayne Crawford, many grandchildren Ava Wallace, Amelia Scott, Lifelong friend and caretaker David Roberts, Several aunts, uncles, and many cousins, nieces Akira, Nsaiya, nephews John, Marcellas, Kaliyah and Keyonna, great nieces and many friends. He preceded in death by his parents, mother of his children Vicky Lattimore, and his life partner Angela Shaw.
