Ja’Myrion Jailen Dupray Hobbs, age 18 of Mansfield, OH, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
Ja’Myrion was born on June 10th, 2007, in Columbus, Ohio, to Ebony Hobbs and the late Lamar Ayers. He was a proud student of Mansfield Senior High School Class of 2026.
Ja’Myrion was known for his bright smile. He also cherished time spent playing video games with family and friends. Creating lasting memories with Family and Friends. Ja’myrion especially looked forward to enjoying his Meme home-cooked meals, which were special to him, with his Mother being a great cook as well, he had the best of both.
He was affectionately known as (Suge), whose smile could light up any room. His magnetic personality and generous spirit endeared him to everyone he met.
Ja’myrion’s life, though brief, was filled with joy and love of those around him.
His departure has left his family and friends with heavy hearts, but his memory will forever remain a beacon of love. Though his story ended far too soon. His impact will live on in every person he touched, every smile he created, and every memory his Family and Friends hold close. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Ja’Myrion is survived by his Mother, Ebony Hobbs, and Stepfather, Sir. Dickerson, siblings La’Myriah Ayers, I’Laya Ayers, Sir Dickerson Jr., Traytionna Ayers, Envy Ayers , Lanay Ayers. All of Columbus, Ohio. He is also survived by his grandparents, Katrina Hobbs of Columbus, Ohio, Antonio Barrett of Mansfield, Ohio, Antonio (Tishenh) Bowen of Columbus, Ohio, Shirley Ward of LoRain , Oh Rose Dickerson of Columbus, Ohio. Renesa Ayers of Columbus, Ohio. Auntie Shamari Hobbs of Columbus. Tyler Jordan of Columbus, Ohio. Roberta Hobbs of Columbus, Ohio, Princess Minor of Columbus. Taylor Barrett of Columbus. Jada Barrnett of Columbus, OH.Uncles Antonio Hobbs of Columbus, Dajon Barrett of Columbus, Ohio. , Tyjee Barrett of Columbus, Ohio.
A special mention goes to his best friend/auntie Shamari and his godmother Jasmir, who was like his second Mother, special friend Qulisa, who held a special place in his heart. Special cousins Jamario Grier, Reshawn Mitchell and Jayquan Nall, whom he loved like brothers.
Ja’Myrion also leaves behind a host of uncles and aunts and cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by Father Lamar Ayers. Grandparents Johnny and Dorothy Hobbs Uncle Larry Moton and Favorite cousin Kieara Hobbs.
