Jerome Evans Sr.

Jerome Evans Sr., AKA “The Kidd,” transitioned into his new body on June 18th, 2025.

Born in Youngstown, Ohio, March 15, 1953, to Will and Louise Evans.

Jerome graduated from Rayen High School in 1971. He was reserved and laid back. He enjoyed Video games, Top Gun, Martial Arts, and Karate Movies. One of his favorite hobbies was Chess, and in his earlier days, he played the guitar. Music was one of his passions. He loved the Lord, and though he was quiet, he was full of love; you just had to get to know him.

Jerome is the youngest of three and is preceded in death by his parents, Will and Louise Evans, and two older brothers, deceased at 6 months old and one at birth.

Jerome leaves to cherish his memory: his sister, Lola Carter; his children, Jerome Evans Jr., Andre Evans, and L. Angelo Evans; his daughter, Mrs. Hershey Hightower; and his stepson, Shawn Raimey. He also leaves behind 14 grandkids.
