Kim Denise Blalock

Kim Denise Blalock, 69, born June 27, 1957, in Columbus, Ohio and departed unexpectedly on October 21, 2026, surrounded by family.

Kim graduated from South High School and continued her education at Ohio State School of Cosmetology. She then went on to have a career at PNC Bank and Marshalls Department store and later retired from both.

Kim was baptized at an early age at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church where she was choir member.

Kim enjoyed dancing, spending time with her grandkids, great-grandkids and family members, especially during the holidays.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, mother, Myrtle L. Dean and brother. Demetris Sullivan.

Kim is survived by her Daughter, Maisha Blalock; Son, Kevin Blalock; Father, Timothy (Teresa) Blalock; Sisters: Vickie (Albert) Patterson, Teresa (Darrell) Blankenship, and Wendy (TeJuan) Files; Brothers: Antonio Blalock, Clayton (Antoinette) Dean, and Derrick (Syreeta) Dean, Sister/Cousin: Doris (Kemmuel) Stewart; Friends: Deb Paige and Vickie Davis from PNC Bank, Amy Gill, from Marshalls: Grandchildren: Larry Jr, Latrell, Mishine and Aunisty; Great-Grandchildren: Ny'Leiyah and Da'Kota, and a hosts of Aunts, Cousins and Friends.

Kim will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
