Lillian Ophelia Alexander was born on December 15, 1942, in Starksville, Mississippi, to the late Alfred and Louise Harris. She was the youngest girl of twelve children and grew up in a close-knit, faith-filled family. Lillian confessed Christ at an early age and remained a devoted Christian throughout her life, always expressing her love for the Lord. She was a loyal member and church mother of Restoring Lives Bible Fellowship, 1101 Stonewall St, Garland, Texas Pastor and First Lady Armstrong.
She had a joyful spirit and found great happiness in singing, shopping, cooking, and gardening. Most of all, she cherished her family deeply. Lillian was a loving mother to her children: Bobby Lamorris Moore (significant other, Debra), Deneen Marie Lincoln, Vetrica Lanita Young (husband, Scott "Kal" Young), and Angela Herbert-Moore.
She was a proud grandmother to: Donji Lomax, Scott Allen Young, Jr., Takeisha Marie Saunders (husband, Anthony Saunders), Bausha Farrell, Chenoa Washington, Meesha Ford (husband, Nathaniel), Ashley Renee Moore, Omari Lincoln (wife, Toni Lincoln), Brittney Smith (husband, Antonio Smith), and Brandon Young. She was further blessed with 19 great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband (Bobby Ree Moore), her parents, Alfred and Louise Harris, and her siblings Alfred Harris, Jr, David Harris, Barbara Poindexter, Ann Bluester, Roberta Ancrum, Willa Williams, Johnny Harris, Joseph Harris, Carrie Williams, Vivian Childers, and James Harris.
Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, two sisters-in-law Ruth Harris, and Linda Harris, and the many extended family and friends who loved her dearly.
