Louise Elisabeth Hall was born on November 8, 1954 to the late Lucille and Clarence Croy.

On Wednesday, February 25, 2026 Louise Elisabeth Hall, affectionately known as "Wheezie", passed away peacefully.

She was known for her sense of humor and love for her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucille and Clarence Croy; Brother, Michael "Zeke" Shipley and Niece, Leah "Lea Lea" Garland.

Louise leaves to cherish her memory, four Daughters: Nikki Woods, Lucinda Clark, Charna Clark and Fredrina Hall; Grandchildren: Shinnise Woods, Marquan Woods, Ricardo Moore Jr., Lamar McKinley, Marnikkqece Woods-Payne, Reico Henderson, Tre'Mar Clark, Tre'Mya Clark, Karma Ballard, Dason Clark, Reniyah Rice, Reginald Rice Jr.. and Amiere Hall. She also leaves to cherish her memory her Siblings: Gerri (George), Susie, Eddie, Annbell, Florine and Clarence. Louise had numerous Nieces and Nephews as well as an abundance of Friends.
