Maria M. “Maggie” Duran Carter, 78. Sunrise March 28, 1934 in Denver, CO and Sunset January 9, 2013 at OSU James Cancer Hospital, Columbus, OH. She retired from Baxter Hospital Supplies. Maggie was preceded in death by her parents Encarnacion and Maria Duran, daughter Denise Carter-Dale and sister Connie Meastes. Left to cherish her memory, sons Rodney (Claudette), Keith (Frances), and John K. (Cheryl) Carter, daughter Dreann (Ken) Long, stepson Michael Carter, brothers Manuel (Sue) Duran, Lawrence (Shelly) Duran and Jerry Duran, sisters Val (Ernest) Martinez and Mary Anne (Ed) Martinez, 20 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
