Mariah Alexandria Wilson

Mariah Alexandria Wilson, born on Friday, April 8, 2005, at Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital in Westerville, Ohio, entered the world with a bright spirit and a tender heart that would leave a lasting imprint on everyone who knew her.

Mariah grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she graduated from Green Run High School in June 2023. During her time there, she was a proud member of the Green Run High School Dance Team, which achieved significant recognition in 2023 by winning the VHSL (Virginia High School League) Cheerleading and Dance Regional Multi‑Team Event. Their victory carried them to Washington, D.C., where they performed and represented their school with excellence and pride.

A true lover of food and creativity, Mariah pursued her passion by attending Job Corps in Maryland, where she studied Culinary Arts. Her joy for cooking reflected her generous nature-she loved bringing people together through meals, laughter, and shared moments.

Mariah is preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Billy Earl Wilson and Irene Wilson.

She is survived by a large and loving family who will forever cherish her memory: Verda (Curtis) Ervin, Michael (Felina) Wilson, Susan Marshall, Richard (Joyce) Roberts Jr., Latricia (Tim) Miller, Larry (Kelly) Belcher, Tiffany (Stephen) Johnson, Richard Roberts III, Antwan Roberts, Reginald (Kaleigh) Newkirk, Sydney (Frank) Marsh, Ronnie Kenley, Candace (Trevette) Knight, Makaela Wilson, Michael Wilson II, Semarra Ervin, Curtis Ervin Jr., Macey Ervin, Madison Ervin, and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended loved ones.

Mariah's life was a gift-full of creativity, compassion, and quiet strength. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
