Markeiths Rhodes, 45, of Columbus, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and deep devotion to his family.
Markeiths had a love for the simple but meaningful things in life-good food, making money, and most importantly, spending time with his family . He was a proud father and a loving pawpaw, as well as a loyal son, brother and friend He was known for his strong personality, his drive, and his ability to connect with people on a real level. Whether through conversation, laughter, or shared moments, he made an impact that will not be forgotten
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Markeiths lived a life marked by both challenges and strength. He spent much of his life in and out of the hospital, yet through it all, he remained a passionate and determined man who never lost his spirit. His perseverance and courage left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Ed and Hattie Rhodes; his paternal grandparents: Odis and Willie Dean Hubbard; and his brothers: Le'Odis Rhodes and Eric Rhodes.
He leaves to cherish his memory his Mother: Linda Rhodes (William Ayers); his Father: Lee Hubbard (Kathy Miller); his Brother: LeVander Rhodes (Savannah Harding); his Children: Ma'Laysha and Malik Jackson, and Damian Rhynehardt; and his beloved Grandchildren: Sy'Miera Jackson, Kaiden, Karter, and Delilah Rhynehardt. He also leaves behind his Nieces and Nephew: Khalia, Laveah, LeNiya, LeVander Jr. , and Laiana Rhodes along with a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and loved ones.
Markeiths Rhodes will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
