Marlon Orlando Capers, brother, nephew, cousin, grandson was born on May 10, 1968, in Columbus, Ohio to Jeannie Ann Pack and Marion Capers. Marlon left all us all after his strongest battle to be in paradise with the lord on December 18, 2025. His heart was pure and he will be genuinely missed by his cousins, aunties, children and grandchildren as well as his closest and most cherished friends.
In his adolescence, Marlon attended Livingston Elementary and Barrett Middle Schools. He attended Linden McKinley High School and graduated from South High School in 1987. As an adult, Marlon continued his role to have the biggest hear and it is why he took on the hardest roles in life and became a caregiver into different companies, Visiting Angels and Upreach. At these companies, he practiced being the best of a person to any and every one he came in contact with. He always kept his door opened to anyone he loved and cared for.
Marlon was always known for his HEART. It was pure and wholesome. He loved us all and never hid that love from anyone. He loved hard and never stopped. Marlon bled Minnesota Vikings blood and was an absolute fan till the end and is probably in Heaven catching every game in spirit in front row by SKOL! He loved always and cared for his children; Meliyah Capers and SirQuan Allen until the end and is watching over them and will always. Marlon enjoyed music, football, being caregiver, traveling and always talking to all his friends on the phone for hours was the biggest idea of the night! Holidays with Marlon was always filled with joy when he was present. We will miss his "Goodnights, and Good Mornings."
