Nancy Rae Gray-Jones, November 1, 1964 - July 12, 2025, was unexpectedly called home Saturday, July 12, 2025. Nancy was born in Charleston, West Virginia, from a beautiful union of her parents, Clifton Gray and Martha Wanda Gray.

Nancy was free spirited, charismatic, and big-hearted. She had an infectious smile that could light up a room. The thing that Nancy loved the most was spending time with her family; they brought her so much joy. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, and friend to many. She will be truly missed by many.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Martha Gray. Siblings: Donzetta Marie Terry, Brock Earl Terry, Robert Eugene Terry, Mary Alice Fortner, and James Gray.

She leaves to celebrate her memories: Children; Rebalta (Schlelia) Gray, Elizabeth Washington, Arstell Washington, and Charmisa Jones. Grandchildren: Jazmyn Daines, Tiana Daines, Victoria Daines, and Kyrie Washington. Siblings: Carolyn Ann Terry-Milton, Charles Russell Terry, Wanda Lee Gray, and George Wade Gray and host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. As well as many friends, she considered family.
