Paetrina Rae Johnson, 47, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on January 15, 2026. She was born on March 3, 1978, in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Pastor Bennie Mae Johnson and bonus father, the late Willie Thomas Franklin Johnson. Paetrina Johnson walked fearlessly and freely, anchored by a strength that carried her through every season of life.

Paetrina is also survived by her siblings: Kelven (JanLe) Johnson, Willie (Jeannine) Johnson, Bennie (Sherry) Johnson, Angela Johnson, Varita Johnson, Petina Johnson and many loving aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Pastor Bennie Mae Johnson and bonus father, Willie Thomas Franklin Johnson; grandfather, Bennie Brown; grandmother, Hattie M. (Copeland) Brown; sister, Ruszella Johnson; aunts, Ruth Dingess and Cathy Brown; uncle, Ronald D. Brown; cousin, Darrick Brown; great cousin, Robert M. Cobb and her nephew, Elijah Malachi Johnson.
