Patsy Ann Rambo, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on Friday evening, August 7, 2026, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital following a short illness. She was 75 years old. Born November 6, 1950, in Shreveport, Louisiana, Patsy was the daughter of the late Aaron Haley and Francis M. Woodard Haley.
Patsy's faith was an important part of her life. Earlier in her journey, she attended and was a member of Providence Baptist Church, where she was surrounded by faith and fellowship. In later years, she found her church home at Oasis of Love Church, where she was a faithful member.
Above all, Patsy's greatest joy was her family. Her devotion to her family was one of the greatest expressions of her love, and the impact she made on their lives will remain with them for generations to come.
Patsy enjoyed fishing, caring for her plants and flowers, and watching college and professional football. She proudly cheered for her favorite team, the New Orleans Saints.
She was preceded in death by her sisters: Tressie L. Curtis and Ruan White; and her brothers: Alton Haley, Alvin Haley, and Aaron Haley Jr.
She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory her loving and devoted Husband: Selvin Rambo Jr.; Daughters: Carol Rambo and Crystal Rambo; Sister: Myrtis Patterson; Brother-in-Law: Joe W. Patterson Sr.; Grandchildren: Christopher Rambo Sr., Dasia Rambo, Christina Rambo, and Aaron Rambo; and Great-Grandchildren, Noelle Bond, Naz Bond, Mya Rambo, and Christopher Rambo Jr.
She also leaves Nephews: Kyria Goines, Andre White, Melvin Goines, Joe W. Patterson Jr., and Cyrus Patterson; Nieces: Phyllis Goines, Gloria Curtis, Marcia Isreal, Constance Reynolds, and Yolunda Mayo; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
She lovingly raised her grandchildren, as well as her Niece: Constance Reynolds and Nephew: Melvin Goines, always providing love, care, and guidance to those around her.
She will be remembered for her love of family, her caring spirit, and the many lives she touched throughout her journey
