Peter Lewis Hill Jr.

Peter Lewis Hill Jr., age 71, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2026, surrounded by his dear friend and neighbor, Judy Barker. He was born on September 10, 1954, in Salina, Kansas, to the late Rev. Dr. Peter and Lillie Mae Hill.

Peter was a proud member of the Meadowdale High School class of 1972, and he went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army, earning an honorable discharge.

Peter was preceded in death by his beloved parents, sisters Peggy and Cynthia Hill, and stepsons Tyrone C. Patton and Christopher Wade. Left to cherish his memory and continue his legacy, stepmother, Patsy Hill; children, Javon Mobley, Peter Hill III, Kristia (Terrance) Walker, Michael (Amber) Hill, Zinna (Jordan) James, and Bridgette Hill; stepdaughter, LaDrena (Charles) Martin; two stepsons, Kyle and Kevin Wade; two step sisters, Waika West and Carolyn Langston; 25 grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews and long time special friend Debra Wade
