Philip Steve Loney, 56. Sunrise January 28, 1955 – Sunset April 12, 2011. He was born in Columbus and graduated from East High School. Philip was preceded in death by his parents Jobe and Ruth Loney. Left to cherish his memory, companion Shelia Wallington, son Tarik Dear, daughter Shana Davis, brothers Charles Loney, and Michael (Sheila)Loney, sister Joann Loney, stepchildren Walter Dear, and Jason Bryant, three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
