Roberta is preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Chelsea Foster; husband, Braxton Broughton; daughters, Sherrie and Javonna Reed; siblings, John Henry, William, Charles, Edward, and Tilda Mae Foster. Left to cherish her memory, children, Wayne Scott, Beatrice Kelly, and Tilda Smith; sister, Rosaline Martin, brother, Terrance Foster, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
