Ruby Smith, 82. Sunrise November 19, 1928 – Sunset March 15, 2011. She was baptized at Pilgrim Baptist Church and is a retired Nurses Aide at First Community Village Nursing Home. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents Georgia and Orie Givens, Sr., husband Henry T. Smith, Jr., brothers Orie Givens, Jr, and James Howard Givens, and granddaughter Katrina M. Jones. Left to cherish her memory, daughter Carlotta L. Jenkins, sons Robert L. (Shirley) Cason, Claude H. (Brenda) Scott, Jr., Carl L. (Jean) Scott, George L. (Elaine) Scott and Orie Givens, III, 28 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
