Sandra C Moss

Sandra "San" Carol Moss, 71, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on March 26, 1955, in Malvern, Arkansas, to the late John H. Moss Jr. and Vesta M. Moss.

Sandra lived a life marked by dedication, strength, resilience, and love. Sandra loved God and was baptized at the age of eight. She was a proud graduate of Columbus South High School and the Ohio State School of Cosmetology, where she began cultivating the skills that would shape her career and passion. She later retired from the City of Columbus after 30 years of devoted service, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and commitment. In addition to her public service, Sandra was a licensed cosmetologist and a proud entrepreneur. She owned and operated LaGrace's Beauty Salon and Sandra's Jewelry of Distinction for many years, using her talents and passion to uplift and inspire others.

Sandra had a vibrant personality and a love for life that was unmistakable. She had a deep passion for fashion and enjoyed watching her favorite live television shopping networks, QVC and HSN. She found joy in music, dancing, and singing-blessing those around her with her beautiful voice and lively spirit. Sandra loved to laugh and tell jokes, bringing smiles and light wherever she went. She also had a special love for dogs, especially her beloved Kash.

Known for her warm and welcoming nature, Sandra truly never met a stranger-whether it was a person or a dog. Her kindness, openness, and genuine spirit made everyone feel seen, valued, and loved.

She was a woman of strength, warmth, and unwavering love for her family. Sandra touched the lives of many with her gentle spirit and joy. Her legacy of love will continue to live on in all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents: John H. Moss Jr. and Vesta M. Moss and her sister: Marlene J. Bryant.

Sandra leaves to cherish her precious memory her Devoted Daughter: Tiffany Moss, who affectionately called her "Lady"; her loving Siblings: Sisters: Donnie Tyson of Columbus, Ohio, and Melva Moss of Cincinnati, Ohio; and Brother: John (LaTina) Moss; her Beloved Dog: Kash and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Extended Family, and dear friends.

Her life was a beautiful reflection of love, joy, and authenticity. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved her.
