Tamara Kay Darlene Kenner, born on October 30, 1983, in Wheeling, WV, passed away on May 18, 2025. She was the beloved daughter of Clyde Kenner and Minnie Reed.

Tamara always enjoyed being the life of the party. She loved dancing and was always the first to get on the dance floor. Tamara's true gift was her love for her family and friends. She was always the first to encourage a family gathering, and she made sure it included food. You could always count on Tamara being there to support you. Tamara had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and welcome.

Tamara is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Kenner; her mother, Minnie Reed; her grandparents, Edward and Loraine Reed; her aunt, Edna Mae Merritt; her aunt Peggy Ann Reed; her uncle, Edward Charles Reed Jr, and countless family members and friends.

Tamara is survived by her step-father Tommy Milsap, significant other McKinley Carthon, children Deonte' Wade, Damani Galloway, Dawayne Galloway Jr, Daiquan Galloway, Kendall Carthon, sister Kimberly Reed (Mark L Smoot), aunts Jacqueline Reed-Smith-Brown, Diana Reed, Teresa Reed, Patricia Reed, and her uncles Billy Reed, and Clifford Reed. Her nieces, Nakesha Anderson (Josh Anderson Sr), Wanesha Reed, Monesha Reed, and nephew, Curtis Armstrong Jr, her 13 great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins and close friends.
