Tiffany Lynn Locklear

June 26, 1972 — February 13, 2026

Tiffany Lynn Locklear was born on June 26, 1972, and passed away on February 13, 2026. She lived a life defined by service, loyalty, strength, and an unwavering commitment to uplifting others.

Tiffany attended Bishop Hartley High School, where she earned her high school diploma. She continued her education at Franklin University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business with a minor in Public Relations, followed by a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications.

Education and service were central to Tiffany’s life and purpose. She served for many years as a substitute teacher with Columbus City Schools and later as a professor at the Bradford School. Tiffany had a profound and lasting impact on her students. Even years later, many remained closely connected to her, a testament to the care, encouragement, and genuine love she poured into those she taught.

Tiffany was especially passionate about supporting underserved students. She believed deeply that learning could not happen without basic needs being met, and she often ensured her students had meals, clothing, and toiletries. Her generosity extended beyond the classroom, as she was an avid supporter of women’s homeless shelters and organizations serving abused women, quietly giving of herself in ways many never saw.

In her final professional chapter, Tiffany served at Goodwill as a Program Manager for Workforce Development Programs. In this role, she managed initiatives focused on helping individuals earn certifications, build skills, and advance their careers. Tiffany made a significant impact not only on program participants, but also on her colleagues. In recognition of her dedication, compassion, and service to the community, Tiffany was nominated for the Goodwill “I Care” Award, an honor bestowed upon her through her co-workers.

Tiffany lived life fully and authentically. She was fiercely loyal and would stand up for those she loved without hesitation. She was direct, honest, and never pretended to be anything she was not. While she could be firm at times, her heart was deeply loving, compassionate, and generous. If Tiffany loved you, she stood with you, always.

She loved her family deeply, especially her parents, and shared strong bonds with her siblings. Tiffany also shared a special and deeply meaningful bond with her aunts Dorothy, Glenda and Mildred, who held a unique place in her heart. Their relationship was built on closeness, mutual respect, love, and unwavering family devotion.

A devoted Cleveland Browns fan, Tiffany supported her team faithfully regardless of the season. She was a gifted communicator, an engaging public speaker, and a natural storyteller with an exceptional ability to recall details and connect with people. Her personality was truly larger than life.

Tiffany was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Locklear; her brother, Ronnie Price; her sister, Candy Price; and her nephews, Jesse “Mook” Lanier and Troy Price.

She leaves to cherish her memory her father, Robert Locklear Sr.; brother, Robert Locklear (Brittany) Jr.; brother, Jesse Price; Aunt Dorothy and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, friends, colleagues, students, and all whose lives she touched.

Tiffany will be deeply missed. She was a loving sister, sister-in-law, teacher, mentor, and friend. Her legacy lives on through the countless lives she served, encouraged, and loved.
