Vernon Chisolm

Vernon was a graduate of East High School, Class of 1973, and later attended the University of Rio Grande. He was a creative soul who expressed himself through art throughout his life. Vernon enjoyed listening to jazz music, dancing, fishing, and gardening, and he was a devoted Cleveland Browns fan. He also loved to cook. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his children and grandchildren.

Vernon was preceded in death by his father, Venvesta Chisholm, and his brother, Vyman Dennis Chisholm.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Catherine Chisholm; his brother, LeeAnthony Chisholm; his sisters, Cathie Price (Chisholm) and Vanessa Chisholm; his loving partner, Carla Gramea; his beloved children, Quishann Cobb, Maurice (Memory) Barnes, Terron Kendricks, Ebony Simmons, Alicia Simmons, Javon (Erica) Parker, and Javida Parker; along with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
