Vincent Byrnes, affectionately known as Vinny, was born on September 23, 1961, in New Brunswick, NJ to Theresa Logan and Myles J Byrnes, Jr. Vinny transitioned from his earthly body on Sunday, July 20, 2025.
Vinny had an unfortunate accident at the tender age of 3 years old. As a result of the accident, he was met with mental and physical delays and challenges. However, Vinney did not let those challenges slow him down. He attended the following schools: New Lisbon Developmental Center, Bordontown Center and attended night school, all while in New Jersey. He relocated to Ohio in the late 1980’s, along with his family.
Vinny had a zest for life. He enjoyed being outside, hanging with his family, listening to music and watching tv. He would often carry around his portable cassette player listening to Lady in Red, Convoy or Electric Avenue, all on repeat. On Rainy days, he would be in the house watching The Weather Channel ALLLL DAY!
Vinny knew no stranger. He opened his heart to anyone who accepted him. He cherished his brothers, sister, nieces and nephew and friends. He had a passion for all animals, especially dogs. He was a lovable soul.
Vinny was preceded in death by his father, Myles J. Byrnes Jr., his grandparents, Michael & Irene Wegh, his brothers, Myles J Byrnes III and Michael Byrnes.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Theresa Logan, brother, Jeff Logan, sister, Dee (Andy) Walker, aunt/godmother, Katherine Kaplan, nieces, Kyla Walker, Kirstie (Joel) Wilson, Katlyn Walker, and nephew Caleb Walker, great nieces and nephews, extended family members, Jessica Pickworth and Haleigh Riffel and a host of cousins and friends.
