On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Sister Yvonne T. A. Mack Williams, affectionately known to many as "Buda," peacefully transitioned from this life to Glory at the age of 53, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on Mother's Day, May 13, 1973, in Mansfield, Ohio, Yvonne was the beloved daughter of the late Bobby J. Mack and Annabella (Annie) Mack. From an early age, her radiant smile, joyful laughter, and warm spirit made her a light in every room she entered.
A Life of Love, Service, and Strength
Yvonne lived her life with unwavering faith, compassion, perseverance, and a genuine love for others. She encouraged many through her faith and left a lasting impression upon everyone who was blessed to know her.
While faithfully fulfilling her roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother, Yvonne remained committed to pursuing her dream of establishing a career in the medical field. She cherished every opportunity to love, encourage, and spend time with them.
Sister Yvonne was a proud, faithful, and dedicated member of New Jerusalem Progressive Church of God in Christ, where she served each Sunday wholeheartedly. She faithfully served on the Usher Board and in the Hospitality Department. She had also recently been appointed Department Head of the Nursing Board, a position that reflected both her servant’s heart and her passion for caring for others. Her church family loved and admired her, and she gave selflessly to every ministry she touched. Yvonne was also known for her delicious signature strawberry crunch cake, which she lovingly prepared for numerous church occasions and gatherings.
