Robert M. Scott was born on March 30, 1943, to James S. and Gladys M. Scott.  Bo, as his friends and family knew him was the 4th of five (Burnack, Wilbert, Roberta and Janet) children.  His twin sister Roberta being a few minutes older than him. They grew up in Connellsville Pennsylvania.
