Rest in peace faithful man of God . Pastor Frank labored long in Gods Vineyard and he is now enjoying his reward . Frank and my Dad worked together at Eaton and Dad had a great respect for him . Many times he told me of Franks faithfulness and obedience to the Word of God . He was a great light in the darkness and will be missed .

  9. I am deeply saddened to hear of Franklin’s passing. It was a privilege to be he nurse at the VA. I am thankful to have had a chance to know him. What a wonderful heart and person. Prayers and love to his family.
