Phillip Brown, age 77. Sunrise July 28, 1938 in Aiken, SC and Sunset July 16, 2016 in Columbus, OH. Phillip is a retired truck driver with C.T. Cowan Trucking. He was preceded in death by his parents Eunice and Alberta Brown, grandmother Luvenia Welch and sister Mae Brown. Left to cherish his memory, wife Frances A. Brown, sons Donald E. Judge, Kevin J. (Robyn) Judge, Darryl V. Judge and Duane M. Judge, daughters Deborah A. Wheat, Donita Judge and Toya L. Jordan, brother Wilbert Brown, 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Monday July 25, 2016 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE 2500 Cleveland Ave. Interment at Green Lawn Cemetery.
